L.A. and Mike Jennings
Coaches L.A. and Mike opened Train.Fight.Win. in 2007 as a way to increase their strength and conditioning training while they were competing in submission wrestling and kickboxing. Coach Mike has over 20 years of experience teaching and training martial arts as a Sifu of Wing Chun and a Kali Guro under Tuhon Ray Dionaldo of Filipino Combat Systems. Coach L.A. competed in Kickboxing, San Shou, Submission Wrestling and Brazilian JiuJitsu, and is the author of She's a Knockout! A History of Women in Fighting Sports, the first book on the history of female fighters. Mike and L.A. love working with fighters and seeing them succeed in the ring and in the cage, but the original purpose of Train.Fight.Win. was to provide martial arts and fitness training to everyone, regardless of whether they ever compete.
