Welcome to Train.Fight.Win.!
We believe in creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive (but challenging!) space for all skill levels. We love training and teaching martial arts, and look forward to sharing our passion with you!
Interested in Training with us?
Our application process is open, but due to limited capacity, we are not able to accept every application. Please go to our Join page and if your application is accepted, we will respond with a link for your trial class.
-
We have limited space in our gym, so we are only able to accept members on a case-by-case basis. We also want to make sure what we offer aligns with your goals and training style (whether you’re a total beginner or an experienced martial artist) so that you get the most out of it.
-
You should hear back from us within a few days. If you’re accepted but we’re completely full, we’ll keep your information on file to let you know when there’s space.
-
Yes, this class is completely free. You can choose from MMA Conditioning, Grappling (T/Th 6pm), Kickboxing (M/W 6pm) and Kali (T/Tg 7pm). We’ll send you a link to sign up for your trial class once your application is approved.
-
Absolutely! Our gym has a mix of all skill levels. If you’ve ever been interested in Kali, kickboxing, MMA, or grappling, this is a great place to start. Our members are friendly and welcoming, and our instructors don’t tolerate bad behavior.
-
We train all skill levels. Anyone 18 and over can train with us.
-
We offer a variety of classes to help you with whatever your fitness or training goals are. The majority of our students come here to have fun and work out while also honing their skills in Kickboxing, MMA, and other martial arts.
-
Most of our classes are beginner-friendly (just ask and we’ll let you know). We don’t currently offer women's-only classes, all of our classes are attended by folks of every gender.
-
Dress comfortably. We are a shoes-and-socks-off gym, so keep that in mind when attending your first class.
-
You don’t need to bring your own gear, especially if you’re a beginner. We have gloves you can borrow, but you’ll need to buy wraps if you want to use those.
-
We have open rolling in all of our Grappling classes, and the Kickboxing classes include some light, optional contact. We also have sparring on Friday evenings, but that session is invitation only. It is important for us to get to know a person and their emotional intelligence before allowing them to spar with our current members.
-
There are parking spots in front of the gym, but if those are taken, take a left on 2nd street (just after passing the gym on your left) and you’ll usually be able to find a parking spot.
-
If you need to reschedule, you will be able to do so using your trial class confirmation email.
-
Nope, everyone is month to month and can cancel at any time. You can however pay a full year in advance if you want a discount.
-
We have always strived to create a safe and welcoming training space for all people, which includes members of the LGBTQ+ community. In our gym, your identity will be respected and homophobia, transphobia, racism, and misogyny is not tolerated.
-
We do our best to ensure that people who exhibit this kind of behavior don’t join our gym. In the event of harassment or bad behavior, we address the problem directly, and if the behavior is not corrected, the person’s membership is canceled and they are no longer welcome to the gym.
-
No. We are completely independent, which allows us to have total control over our curriculum and classes to meet our students’ needs. This also means that franchise fees aren’t passed onto students.
